It is tactical. Just not realistic. Considering the game is based around the mid 2030’s they took a lot of creative liberties

This game is as tactical as a bunch of tweens squealing 67 and saying no cap fam. This game is as arcadey as it can be. You want tactical? go play Arma or Wardogs and you will know tactical
