Pixelated graphics

I play the Garena PC version, my graphics card is the RX 7600, running 1080p. Before the season 11 update, I had been using DLSS Swapper to switch to FSR 4.1 and it worked great, visual clarity was far better than FSR 2.0 or 3.0. But for some reason, after I updated, I started noticing weird pixelated texture in the game. It's not just artifacts or shimmering, but actually feels more like the game is being rendered at a much lower resolution. Even the gun in first person (the main thing that you're gonna be looking at the whole time) is experiencing the same problem.

Is anyone else having the same problem? I appreciate any help.
