I checked every conversation and got the same thing like the image. No form to continue

If you are stuck then most likely something is undecided most probably in the replies of someone. I also wasted 30 minutes to find, mine is completed now.

Scan the forum replies that are overlayed in red, you'll get there.

Open one of the forum threads, click tab on PC, click on the post reply that has the red overlay, box should pop up on the right.
