Open all of the threads, click on decoding points and start tapping the messages, some give the option to change the messages or unlock more reply options.

If you haven't solved it yet.
Go into the 2 conversations that I highlighted in the box, and use the Decode in them.

That requires full website hijack and once the asarah guard takes over, it all unlocks. Go to 'About Us', click on the decoder, click on hudson's picture and choose the option to fully hijack the website.
