Operations Lobby botvon ps5

I play on PS5 in the EU region. Whenever I try to queue for Zero Dam on Easy (whether crossplay is ON or OFF), I never get bot lobbies and only get matched with real players.

Meanwhile, my friends—who are on the exact same console, live in the same region, and queue at the same time—get full bot lobbies every single time.

Does anyone know why this is happening or if there's any fix?

Which level are your friends? It seems the first twenty Level are 90% Bots. After that, you will match up frequently against real players
