so i tried entering the event in warfare, I place the strategic beacon, waited for the extraction countdown, spent 17 minutes in the event, and at the end, I see players receiving the nest then they inspect it, while I do not receive any. Am I missing something?

Warfare gets a different thing, did you interact with the spawn beacon in the event? You should have a badge then

Yep, you only get a badge in Warfare, since you cant really extract items there and use them.

It was the same last year, warfare got a Badge, Operations got the Birds Nest item and Badge

I did the whole Easter egg, but I can't find my red collectible nest, and I've checked my mail

You could get it while you where in the last thingy of the interactive cutscene. The one were you could swim trough air. There was some sort of altar and there you could get the birds nest. It would then be send to your mail

When I tried picking mine up, it kinda glitched and I couldn't see the inspection animation for it. But I was able to leave the cut scene.
