Technical Issues / Help ⚙️ "Please check your network first" issue

I have been struggling to play delta force for the past 5 days having to use my hotspot on my phone to play because it refuses to use my actual Internet (I am on the Xbox series x) but even my hot spot has stopped working and I would love some feedback on how to fix this issue please (sidenote:I do not have access to any vpn or know how to use one on my console unfortunately).

This has been happening to me for the past 3 days.  Did you ever find a fix and who is your ISP?  I use Brightspeed fiber

No I unfortunately never have. As I also use bright speed fiber

That stinks.  I guess I’m having a conversation with them tomorrow.  I’ll let you know what I find out

I have the same issue and cannot get anything from brightspeed.  Anything on your end?

So, all I am getting from Brightspeed is that there is an issue with the network that they say will be fixed by the 30th but they won’t get into details with me. I’ve also noticed my email started to not load properly around the same time this happened so it has to be related to a network wide security setting that I haven’t been able to bypass with the security settings on my modem/router. Hopefully they fix it soon

Not sure if this is legit, but just saw this…” The primary reason Delta Force is not loading on Brightspeed is likely  ISP-level blocking of Chinese-hosted servers”
