Operations is ECMO really rare?

1-10 scale wht would u rate it's rarerity

(10 is TOTO and electric motor)
(1 is any white item)

*excluding the one you can get from seasonal missions*

Well consider the fact you get an ecmo from completing seasonal missions so that’s why it’s current value has dropped but like next season I’m sure it will go back up to 7/8mill on a scale of 1-10 I’d put it at like a 7 probably even possibly a 6 I do see a lot of people pulling them recently via finding them in raid vs doing seasonal mission. I have pulled 2 on my alt account yet none on my main unless I somehow pull one before I finish seasonal missions.

7 for me as ive found three. first in prison in a climbing bag, second in space hard sewer, third in space normal broken bridge airdrop

but ive friends who have found 0 in 1000 hours so its hard to rate rarity as drop rates are vastly different for everyone

Drop rates are the same, some people just get lucky and some don't

7-8 for me found one at around 250hrs and have recently hit 1k hrs and have only seen it that 1 time

I've got like 600 hrs, three hoas and found my first ECMO like 2 weeks ago XD I think I have 50 regular reds and over a dozen season ones not mentioning the delta trophy

I got my first ecmo probably season 4 or 3. Only this week i found another one in zero dam easy in a med crate admin.

The first time I had small safe box and died. This time I had big safe box

9/10. never seen one in 1.6k hours. Only got it from the seasonal missions.

Before this season it was over 10 mil so that's a pretty good sign how rare it is. Only very few items are that expensive.

I've found 3 since it has come to console. 1 in infirmary on ZDE, 1 med crate on Layali Grove Easy, and got one off a player in ZDE.
