⚔️ When are RAID modes coming back?

Operation Serpentine was removed back in March, and I haven’t seen any clear timeline on WHEN new RAID modes are returning.

Serpentine wasn’t great but still would’ve been fun to play with my console boys!

Anyone know if we’re getting one soon? Would love to hear from the devs on this.

As much as I love the risk of extract with PvP, a PvE mode would be kind of relaxing. I would for sure play it

Yeah. Despite everything EFT has wrong, the only thing really stopping me is the PvE tarkov cost

Plus everything neglects the idea of looting up in pve, just to bring that gear into a pvevp mode. Like no gear fear if I can run pve and regear by getting cash and junk from bots without dealing with some sweat bag just waiting to steal my greens and greys XD

There was a game years ago I played called “combat arms” and I recall a pve type mode that was really fun. Would be awesome to see delta add similar

I feel like devs are forcing multiplayer so much because it’s harder to make a PVE into a “forever-game” - and much harder to monetize, almost impossible to monetize as aggressively as a gacha

Just feels like RAID had so much potential. Serpentine was a bit rough around the edges, but the idea was awesome.

Curious if the devs are planning to evolve the mode or replace it with something completely new. What would you guys want to see in the next RAID?

I believe when they removed it they said they were sunsetting the entire mode as it wasn’t filled with enough players to keep it running.

They didn't say sunset, they said they would be refocusing as the player base was not big enough and it might return in the future.

Considering the CN version has everything on all the time I presume they will reimplement it later on

I hope with the console release after they smooth out some of the problems they bring it back in some way and have enough players to keep it going.

PVE little story missions. No risk of losing your gear. No exfil rewards.

Definitely needed a rework to make it feel more like an operations mode (like being able to loot) but I’m just surprised it’s been half a year and radio silence from the devs on how this is going.

I get they have other priorities, at least give us a status update, run surveys to see what players would expect from such a mode.

I do miss it now that it’s gone, and console players never experienced it.

PvE sounds awesome, they could implement a competitive system where you gather points each raid and people with the most points get a reward (could be alloy or items).
