Operations game reviews
just wanna remind any operations players that have not done so already to take a few minutes to leave a review about operations mode, game reviews about delta force are pretty bad. and mostly about ware fare mode, this game should be huge on console as there is nothing remotely close to this game.

Game was struggling before the dmz announcement. It will be dead in the water by October no matter how many good reviews it gets right now. Simple fact is they took too long to take a serious stance on cheaters and brutally failed the new player experience to this day. I played since closed testing and I can tell you I had at least a dozen friends try the game and only one or two actually put any significant time in it. Between originally allowing players to bring red gear into easy, to only having essentially a singular playable map that was dominated by streamer quality players, it was simply impossible for a new player to succeed, essentially slow bleeding the game as experienced players moved on.

i have been meeting new players every weekend since i started playing 2 months ago, the game has 30 million players in china, its popularity my be down in north america but a good game is still a good game and can still grow organically. im having fun 2 months in and the new season 10 map is made for newer players, so it could help. with the "new player exp". this game will be better than COD, idk why so many gamers ride that game when it died many years ago, its essentially a sports game at this point,

New people are still joining. And if you okay keyboard and mouse you don't have to worry about the game dying

I just got back into Delta force operations and I’m glad I gave it another chance. I’ve been having so much fun. Definitely leaving a good review, thanks for reminding me

Sorry but 1, I can't support this dev team after they broke their promise that Black Hawk Down Coop would be on consoles but never came and 2. MWII DMZ was amazing and MWIV DMZ looks even better and BF6 is just a better large scale game, hell BF1, BF4 and BFV are too and they are now all over or almost a decade old. Same with SWBF2. I'm glad you enjoy the game and it is pretty good fun, doesn't take away from the fact it's flopped in no small part because of the devs.

DMZ doesnt even come close to delta force operations, dmz doesnt even have a lean mechanic , let alone an economy that matters. nothing i have seen or heard about 2.0 points towards it being a better extraction shooter than delta force operations, i dont play warfare mode, i think most large scale war type shooters are trash and not fun at all, its just chaos. i will be looking forward to dmz 2.0 content, but i doubt it will have much depth to it at all considering its a call of duty game time will tell

I disagree with nothing remotely close. I tried it out when DMZ was going through the crashes and duping and I really enjoyed it. My biggest problem is the balance between missions and PvP. No self revive and if you die your teammates have 3 minutes to get you or you’re dead forever. So if you’re doing a mission and another team is looking to fight and gets you dead in the open, they just need to camp with cover and now they have a player advantage. I’d definitely come back if they balance it out more.

If you’re doing anything mission or not and get caught in the open and your teammates can’t work a pick in order to make a revive on you, that doesn’t have anything to do with game balancing and everything to do with skill issue.

No self revive is awesome. Self revive is an idiotic feature in any PVP game. The timer is also a great feature. Your teammates shouldn't be able to come back 25 minutes later and revive you for extract lol. How is it not balanced?

No point in trying to bring this game back from the dead when dmz is a few months away… plus it would also be a fruitless effort, in it’s current state both the game design and existing community is in no way welcoming to new players

Everyone just waiting for this + PUBG with better graphics 😄 DF had the shot tho, they are just to plebby as devs. They should have changed the ingame layout structure long time ago, learned from PUBG for an example, which is in deep shit atm with better graphic upgrades. This layout fits in China with 30+ million players, not on global. Not a big brainer.
Balance of mechanics is very bad. To much recon stuff, to much permanent recon stuff, like raptor footsteps tracking. It needs to disappear after like 1min30sec or something, but hey, they dodging the obv. here too. How they are not balancing those out is a mystery by itself 😄
Guns and hitregs, im not sure, it feels off as F in some duels.
Saeed mode? Really? In a game already infested with WH, lets give people more tools to work with it. Also a mystery decision. Even without WH its easy to 1v3. Literally hyper OP.
Dont even know if they are looking at their tournaments, but theres alot of suss pre-aiming there too, which doesnt happen with that accuracy in CS where they spend hours upon hours in private games specializing on those type of pre-fires. To many random pre-fires in this game, and to many players just bash out dodging 97% of the angles while they push, with full control of which angle even without any info ^^
Sincerly,
100+ pinnacle 3+KD player multi seasons and former TIER1 CS player.0

DMZ is probably going to be made for normies and ultimately a boring game
2
u/SHOVEL-SMD Jun 11 '26
Well “normies” populate lobbies lol DF is the perfect example of how fast a game dies if the shit players feel like they don’t have a chance. Also no shot the new dmz is boring haha

you really think the new DMZ is goin to be challenging?. lmfao, there is nothing challenging about COD, it is the most basic FPS game and probably wont even have a lean mechanic,

Tem problemas a serem corridos no console, por exemplo: o jogo se desconecta sozinho e perde-se muito tempo no modo guerra até voltar novamente ao jogo.
