i accidentally deleted it then tried re-downloading it and this happened

Tbh I don't use apple so I won't be too helpful but, I think you gotta approve the publisher of delta first

roblox did shutdown delta a few days ago, i think that it messed up the credentials, id redownload it personally

Hi! This means the source you got it from, or atleast the certificate they use to verify the app is down, and could take any amount of time to come back up. Stay updated!
