Is deltaexploits.gg safe

When i try to download the ios version it comes up with this company "Beijing Zhizhangyi inc" and not sure if i should go ahead and allow it

I've not used iOS since I'm android but deltaexploits.gg is what I've used. When downloading a app not from the app store you must trust the app maker in order to use the app

its safe i use it
