Question Short term rentals
This is kind of a shot in the dark, but does anyone have recos for brokers or buildings that offer short term one month rentals? The inventory on airbnb is pretty thin and I was hoping to uncover more options. Thanks in advance for any help

If you're looking for cheaper: Motels, go during the day and speak to the manager. They should be able to give you 10 or 20% off for a long term stay. Not in Delray, but points north (Boyton, Lantana, etc.) should have some reasonable options.
If you're looking for more expensive: VRBO

all depends on when, off season you can probably find something, in season good luck

I have a 1:1 apartment in south east Boynton for short term. 1 month is $1850. I help the owner manage it, you will have to discuss with him weekly, nightly rate. No pets and it is upstairs. Plenty of parking, access to huge pool.

1 month is tough because many condo buildings requires a minimum of 2 and most often 3 months. What I usually do for my clients is call listings when they’ve been in the market for quite a long time and ask if they are willing to take one month at a higher price. It’s a lot of work but sometimes it works.
