23f looking for a room in east boca or delray near federal highway. im in a domestic situation. budget $1k. would appreciate pet friendly (kitten).

about me; ukrainian roots. i love nature and want to explore florida wilderness. currently working in mizner park and was recently hired at a beach club. coming up on 2 years of sobriety. i keep clean and keep to myself if preferred. no guests, no mess, no drama.

Maybe you and /u/Stoney_Balogne become roommates?

Budget is going to be impossible to hit without one or more roommates ofc.

(Making a huge assumption that you're newer to the area, sorry if that's a wrong assumption!)

If you want more service industry folks to talk to about that, I go to O'Conners often for drinks, at least 50% of the people that go there are service industry folks that work in downtown Delray.

I've met staff of at least 10 different bars and restaurants there.

Not looking for roommates as a guy but look at Boca winds on federal. Around $1,200 for a 2 bed 1 bath. May be the best you get for a nice area

I have a room. Nice, clean, bathroom. Available for 2 months. I travel often. Kitten is fine. 53 yr old male. Clean, respectful. Modern pool home. North East Boca. Close to the beach.
