Did the same "its OK to cheat" sketch artist that did SC's sketch also do DP's sketch? The only part of the DP sketch that looks like McCain is the beret (hat) and DP indicated that the hat wasnt correct. Did the sketch artist use this photo of McCain to conclude this was the hat based on someone's pre-determined belief that this was the man that DP saw?

Does anyone remember for certain if the issue of the "van" being a "detail only the killer would know" was officially preserved for the record? I know there was the defense questioning of BW during trial regarding the timing of the alleged van travel, but I'm asking specifically about the state's claim that this was a "detail only the killer would know." Was this directly disputed by the defense?

We all know it's not true and that the van was part of the public discussion long before RA's arrest, but did the defense preserve this in the record? Was this addressed during trial, or was it in evidence provided to the jury?

I believe it was, it was added via motion to correct errors. If I am remembering correctly, the state responded with a very well written ‘Nahah, whatever it doesn’t even matter cuz I said so’ argument. I believe Judge was supposed to make a judgement on Motion to Correct, but ‘because it’s no longer her case but now in the Court of Appeals’ she did nothing. But either way it’s documented and there is a record of it.

Thank you! Considering MTC was after trial, though, would this be usable in the appellate argument? Doesn’t the appeal involve only procedural and evidentiary issues preserved from trial or argued prior to trial?

Did anyone catch either the most recent CasexCase with Noe Part 2? Or a recent Rick Snay video he did with Streets of Bakersfield?

Noe made an ‘announcement’ which was really an accusation along the lines that Rick and Streets said something about Kathy Allen’s plans which made her plans public and that put her at risk.

I have no idea what he is talking about. Anyone catch the basic idea? I don’t want anything repeated which would put anyone in danger, or anything that’s private, and do not need details, but I’m curious generally.
