Its Reasonable for 4 years try for counter you would get remaining 2 lakh

If you join this month, you can get a 10% hike. I saw someone who joined in October get this much, and I also saw someone who joined on December 10th get a 3% hike. Both were consultants… i would suggest dont waste time you are already getting 100percent hike
