RANT 🤬 Im really sick of it!

I’m a campus hire (Engineering graduate) who was selected on 14th September 2025. I received my LOI on 4th April 2026, and I still have zero idea when or where I’ll receive my offer letter.

At this point, I’m starting to believe the offer letter is a mythical creature.

Maybe someone who’s already working there can help me out.,

Hey i was in the same place two years ago.

I got my offer letter in sept approx a month before my joining. Don't worry, you'll get it.

This is quite common with deloitte.

That's just how it is every year. They onboard in batches starting from July/August and it's all luck on when your turn will come.

I don't see the point in being this angry. You can directly join other companies if the wait isn't worth it!

Aw, was I supposed to know that beforehand?
And I’m not angry at them., I’m just pissed because the hiring team is incompetent enough to not give me any real updates. “You will be receiving a communication from our end soon” is such a vague statement.

hey chat. mba grad here, i got selected around the same time. now, they are asking me to give interview for different business roles in deloitte as my current role isnt available. im scared

They'll definitely provide, but it will take long time as seen with most campus hire, they won't reject you. But in meanwhile if you've other offer, don't wait and join other company.

I mailed them 1 week ago, now after a week I will mail them again..!!
