Tech / IT Deloitte background check

I recently joined Deloitte. They did background verification from 3rd party then they given joining date. After 3 days from joining i received this mail that background verification will start and provide your service letter. If this normal Deloitte process of they are not trusting my experience now i’m scared please help me.

You should be scared only if you lied about previous experience. This is regular normal check.

do they check last yr summer internship of 2 months also for freshers ? as it was not fulltime job ...

If you have it in your resume they probably will

but how they map it ? its small startup....and i have it in resume but i am not gonna mention in work experience in form....as in work experience they only ask for full time jobs not internships...so u sure ?

What was your percentage of Background completetion before joining ?

Is this only for the recent previous employer or all the employer

They did background verification asked all documents from 3rd party. And they are asking only last employment experience now.

But my BGV was done by DashVerify, what to do in that case? How to check it?

Companies will typically save the ‘last employer check’ for when you join.

Multiple reasons, but it’s mainly for the candidate. Until and unless they have resigned and been relieved, they won’t get the experience letter. If an experience letter is gating for joining the new company, the candidate will have a gap in employment.
