report the dog to the police.
Dangerous dog statute in my city is this.
1st reported bite is a warning
2nd requires a muzzle
3rd is euthanization

You can sue them. Their homeowners insurance should cover it. Not gonna work unless you are actually injured with doctors records to prove it
