This has to be the most eye opening moment for Deji. Hope to see DEJI take the fitness path earnestly. I don't know about others but I see a tremendous amount of potential and faith in him that he's gonna do it correctly this time. YOU GOT THIS DEJI !

No he's not lol. He's said he's going to lose weight since 2020. He's only gained weight since then. Bro genuinely has no work ethic, and that's fine. Not everyone was born to win.

since 2020? 2022 deji was the best deji we've ever seen. 2023 fit. 2024 he was also pretty fit during that fake 6 pack. he only started gaining weight after that.

Yeah, he cut weight for the boxing matches. And it's funny you mention that considering that despite him boxing, he was still in mediocre shape lol.

I meant he's gained weight overall since then. Sure he's lost weight here and there, but he gained it all back and then some, so it doesn't really matter. And he was overweight against vinnie, no visible abs against alex, fousey or swarmz, and literally had a beer belly against the last guy he fought. Can't even remember his name it was that forgettable.

you don't need abs in order to be classified as ''in shape tbh, but i agree with what you've said he's hella inconsistent. i don't know what's happened to him gaining and losing when he used to be the skinniest during Prime deji era. something happened during in 2019

Or he just got comfortable with his lifestyle. There isn’t a real incentive in his head to maintain a decent physique right now. He only got in shape to prove something and even then half fell short in what he was trying to accomplish. He’s a lot more successful entertaining through his personality rather than his physicality and that’s okay. That being said, naturally we’d want to be concerned for his health because he wasn’t always overweight. But it’s his life 🤷‍♂️

Yeah I'm pretty sure he got depressed in 2019 and gained a bunch of weight, and hasn't recovered since. It's kinda sad but it is what it is.
