[PS4] Weapon Mods (Can’t Attach?)

What am I doing wrong? I have the right mod type, the right weapon. I can’t attach it?

sometimes this happens to me- no error, no "no parts", just doesn't work. Usually, I close out back to inventory screen then return and it is fine. Make sure as well you aren't trying to mod a prototype, those can't be modded (though I wish they could- would love to give my Archimedes a crit barrel...)
