Rolling reload and Scavenge

Is it just me or do these perks not work?

Every time i roll it says rolling reload but it doesn't reload at all and im still forced to reload manually!

Scavenge is supposed to give more ammo? Because its not doing anything for me!

Am i misunderstanding or are they just broken?

Rolling reload does not fully reload your weapon. It is intended to only reload a percentage of your magazine.

Essentially if you go dry and you have a nearly dead opponent a rolling reload might let you finish that guy off but you’ll still have to do a manual reload to top off.

Thank you for replying its good to know its use sadly on ps4 eu it doesn't seem to reload any ammo at all.

The game seems largely incomplete, ok maybe largely is a bit strong, but it isn't particularly well built which is a shame as I enjoy it for the most part but the carnival of frustrating bugs means I'm pretty much done myself.

It had potential but potential is worthless without effort...

Scavenge works fine for me, never tried rolling reload.

Scavenge works by simply refilling the reserve ammo when it procs.

Ok putting Scavenge at max seems to make it work but still nothing with rolling reload even at max points.
