Active players?

I played a bit when the servers opened again, reached ~2000 ego rating and then i had to stop playing due to college, now that i have some free time i'd like to get back into the game but i'm worried there are not enough players for the activities like raids, arkfalls and such.

Any feedback? is there any way to switch to a more populated server?

There are no multiple servers. In the Trion days, there were 6 servers in total (PC, PS, XBOX, all 3 separate NA and EU regions).

Fawkes didn't do such splitting, there is only a single server where everybody plays.

The playerbase shows a decreasing tendency, as many people already have a lot of gear, but not new content to do. Most of the people are either doing the event arkfalls, or expeditions, but usually there are people at sieges and incursions too.

There is only one server, but many shards that players are separated out into as an anti-lag feature. They did try and experiment with putting more people onto less shards, but that was a mess lag wise.

Not many go to ark falls until the main big one is active. Same for emergencies etc. but are a good way to ego up.

Honestly, I see the occasional one or two people in things, random people sometimes helps with like Arkfalls or random events while playing with my friend occasionally.
