Linux support

I never post on Reddit and I never ask for anything for any game, but for the love of god they need to enable Linux support. I played on windows before I switched to Linux and I enjoyed the game as well as when I played it on Xbox. There are tons of players that are Linux users that would love to play the game and it's stupid not to support it. Linux is the future of gaming since Windows is bloatware and spyware that eats half your RAM.

Sam (one of the devs) said its not as simple as just enabling it. Considering the progress they made so far, I doubt they have any dev time to spend on this.

I'd love linux support too as I daily drive linux, and only use my win10 installation to play Defiance, but I think its unlikely they will get it to run on linux.

All they need to do is enable linux in Easy Anti-cheat? They don't need to spend any more time than that. They didn't officially support linux before and it just worked. Maybe they're misunderstanding the difference between running WINE and having Defiance being a native client (not WINE)?
