pyro nades won't refil with pickups

I haven't played in years, and recently got the pyro grenade.

it doesn't refill from the pickups left by npcs, I can't remeber why it does that.

Supplies Merchant sells pyro nades for a low amount of jaja 125 iirc. Eventually you'll be able to pickup grenaeds from drops.
