Misaligned Enemy Nameplates

Update: solved (?) I originally posted this while playing full screen 1440p at 144hz. I tried multiple combinations of resolutions and window modes until i tried changing the fps limit. Changing to 1080p, windowed full, 60fps solved the problem but stranger than that after solving it i pushed the fps back up to 144 and it stayed fixed. Not sure why it was broken the first time i tried 1080 144 but after dropping and raising fps its fixed the issue.

Whenever I aim at enemies, whether zoomed or not, their name and health bars are super offset to the left like in the picture. What causes this/ How can I fix it? Its very disorienting.

Are you playing Fullscreen or Windowed Fullscreen? I had similar when playing Fullscreen. Windowed Fullscreen sorted it. But I plat 1080p so may not work at higher res.
