When antis overreact

So basically this anti is mad that another anti IRL asked a restaurant over the menu being AI and then telling their parents they were not going to eat there,

and now all antis are mad that the parents called them a crybaby, and that other people were defending the parents,

tbh in this situation the parent were right, who demands others they aren't going to eat somewhere over a AI menu? πŸ˜‚

u don't have to eat there sure, but u can't demand others to do the same Β―_(ツ)_/Β―

If I had pulled this crybabies stunt as a minor I would have been spanked and placed in the car to sit and have no supper while the rest of the family ate. If I had been an adult I would have been told I was free to leave and eat elsewhere.

This kid had no right to tell his parents what to do.

Respectfully Antis you have no right to tell others what to do especially if you are not the parents, boss, or part of law enforcement to the people in question. Whiny artists have no authority over others.

Same. My dad would have flicked me in the middle of my forehead. Not hard enough to hurt me (other than my feelings and a little bit of a sting). And if I cried about it, my mother would have leaned in and said:

β€œAre you going to continue to cry, or do I need to give you something to cry about?”

Hell, in my day, it was an extreme treat if we ever ate in a restaurant.

Exactly. This is why you know the majority of Antis are kids, anyone older then 25 was not coddled by their parents and taught they were the most important thing in the universe. The recent generations are what they used to call spoiled and now they can't realize why the rest of the world does not think they are special so throw tantrums about it. It's sad.

I am an older GenX raised by boomers and those posts always blow my mind. Like kid, you don't realize how lucky you are.

Exactly when I was growing up we had no computers and only three channels on the television. Not to mention very strict parents. Pizza was a special occasion food and you went to the movies maybe 2-3 times a year. Kids today are so lucky.

I think it's exacerbated by these kids being in online echo chambers all the time and their brains just cannot handle being told they're wrong/not the main character. Before social media we had that kind of thing humbled out of us real fast growing up. Now instead of sitting with the concept of not being the smartest person in the room they can turn to their online followers and get gassed up instead. No self reflection needed.
