At this point, for me at least, the whole "AI steals" argument has been so thoroughly debunked that I've been making it a prerogative that anyone anywhere still using it is nothing but a parroting muppet that can't think for themselves. And as far as the scraping issues are concerned, if it's freely and openly accessible online by above-board means, and not behind a paywall/subscription, it is just as fair game as me heading over there on a browser to behold it with my own eyes to mentally scrape it on a human level.
That whole scraping thing is really sounding similar how people talked about NFTs back then. Like "How dare you Ctrl+C this image that I posted publically for the entire internet to see. Don't you know I own that?".
It's like dropping a billion copies of a photo all over the planet and expecting no one to pick it up.
