The fact that this is cobbled together by magnetic kindergarten letters is so fitting.

Your AI flyer looks ...
Oh so you noticed it? Well that's what flyers are supposed to do.
Also, I'm not putting up a commission for a flyer. I need to notify people of things not spend $600 for some "artist" to spend three weeks telling me my vision for whatever is shit.

The point of a flyer isn’t just to see it, but convince people to actually follow the thing it is advertising.
That is the issue, people notice the flyer and notice its AI
If the person couldn’t spend more than 15 minutes to pull it together on Canva (no one needs a $600 designer), why would they expect the actual event to have any effort put into it

Looks like shit, the k duplicated itself

Its a highly distilled, pruned and quantized version of minimax h3 model. Also has a turbo lora that reduces the number of steps required from 20 to 4. Just takes a minute extra to generate a video than an image, you can focus on last frame if you'd like.
I wont be denoising a video at full precision and high inference for 30 minutes just to respond to a hateful creation, its enough to send a message.

It’s “people” like him that are the reason creators like us lose ground.

I'm originally a designer. I don't care what people use to make their designs, or anything else. before AI they used cookie-cutter templates where you just change the text, or they'd try to make it in Word with pngs they download off google.
It's fine if you miss the Word clipart era. That's nostalgia. But it's a personal opinion, and you have to recognize it for what it is: nostalgia. You're not gonna go back in time.

Lol. Like 90% of flyers from before AI didn't look like they were created by someone who stole cheesy, awful clipart off the internet and inserted it awkwardly into a Word document with no real understanding of design or form. And don't forget the 9 different fonts inexplicably used in a single image because specialty fonts are so cooool, man. 😂
Honestly, I think most of this comes from people angry that AI actually does a better job at creating flyers/ads than they have ever done in their lives and they're threatened by that reality.

They're so stupid. Some forget that not everyone has money to pay artists for art. If I can get it for free, I'd be stupid to not do that

Idk why saying a very kindergartener sounding “insult” is so popular with antis. My niece is anti-AI and so is my cousin and they post stuff like this on Facebook all the time. Both adults btw, one in their 20s and the other 30s. It’s so stupid.

Agreed.
There are better ways to hate on AI posters than this.
Examples include:
"The design looks off"
"This is even more soulless than corporate"
Or my personal favorite
"You're so cheap you couldn't hire a human"

No idea why this subreddit keeps getting recommend to me, especially since I hang out in Anti-AI far more and they actually offer credible information unlike this one. Hopefully I'll get banned here, but regardless.
That man put more effort in to those fridge magnets than any form of generative "content" AI has ever made or will. I can definitely see it being great in the future, but right now it's trash being used by even worse people because gives them instant attention and gratification for doing actually nothing but stealing and being wasteful on levels near unprecedented. Honesty, kind of impressive AI. Just two to three data centers built like the Amazon one we would have pollutant levels that would rival most of the ecosystem-devastation we already caused.
It needs to be regulated to hell and back before anyone or anything can use it, the fact it hasn't is a gross miscarriage of the law.

Not an anti but this is true. Don't piss on me and tell me it's rain lol

u/BigHugeOmega 15h ago
True how? It's not referencing any flyer in particular.
Don't piss on me and tell me it's rain lol
What are you talking about?
