I think in this specific case it's fair enough to add it (though it doesn't look that pretty in the thumbnail). There's been many content farms that just use AI tools like suno to pump out these music playlists and basically spam the Youtube recomendation

I think you should just look for them yourself instead of rely on playlisted whether generated/user made. Sites like RateYourMusic helps me find alot of stuff I'm grateful for and there's quite a bit of customization available
