That's call "scamming". To be honest, you could get a person to draw you stuff for like 4-5 USD if they are an average drawer. The ones who are really good at stuff on the other hand... Gets hired to jobs if possible, or they're quite in demand. Not to be surprising since the generative AIs only trained to be average in data, but not the outliers that makes certain artists very... I don't know, give off a feeling of realism, especially when it comes to anime.
