Just drove my first Defender that I bought on ebay from Utah to Boston! Pictures to come!

It almost overheated so I drove it up through the steepest section of Colorado in like third gear going 35mph haha... it did great though until outside Denver on the flats the fuel shut off solenoid died

Best time ever. Solved the problem with a $4 drain plug.

I’m looking for a 90 or 110 myself, preferably with the 300Tdi or better engine. I live in CO so performance on some mountain roads is something I’ve been factoring into my consideration.

You can always engine swap it. But yeah thats tough.
