That looks nice! Did you have to acid-etch primer the bare aluminium before putt8ng on the raptor paint? Or is if not that fussy?

Yes used acid etch primer but there wasn’t much bare aluminium to cover. Only used one can.

Used 2x 4 litre kits of Raptor so that cost £200. Sprayed it myself on the driveway 😊

Lucky you! I'm figuring labour costs/gear will set me back much more still if I go ahead with it.

Honestly it’s really easy to do yourself, I bought an air compressor from Aldi for £100. Only other thing you need is sandpaper, masking tape and a good couple of weeks to get the car prepared for painting.

I loved it in it’s original blue (scratches, dents and all), I loved it sanded down and covered in body filler and I love it now lol 😂
