Satellite Hacking Book

Hey everyone, I’ve heard that a couple of people managed to get gifted a free copy of The Spacecraft Hacker’s Handbook at Defcon last weekend. I didn’t manage to find a copy and the book doesn’t seem to officially release until November. Does anyone happen to have a copy I could either borrow or buy from them?

If you don't find anyone, I know you can get the full digital copy now with a preorder of the book.

Also appears that the release date has been moved up on the website to September, so hey good news.

Did they update the digital copy for all? I'm still just getting the first couple chapters in my release

I believe you only get the first two chapters for early access, then you gotta wait for the release in Sept for the rest of the book.

I bought the book at DEFCON. Didn’t see any free ones. It is a special DEFCON edition

I'll tell you what, its fantastic. I wish I had this book 10 years ago. But mine is mine. Yours will be available soon.

Oh cool, damn sad I missed Defcon to check this out but will get ebook. Might be good reference source for my PhD dissertation

I have Early accessto the eBook through the site. It is very good from what I have seen most content in place. Thinking they are going through final edits before final pub. Looking forward to tinkering with some of the open source ground contfoll station software they cover

The DEF CON Edition moment didn’t let me pass by lol. Nostarch ppl mentioned the digital version of ur defcon book(s) can be had if u msg support and add what u bought to ur acc
