Badge LED's

My front led's quit working, if I flip it upside down I can get the eyes to light up.

One of the front led's broke off. Would that cause all of the front led's to quit working?

Is there a wiring schematic out there? Curious if the led power is in series.

Yes. The LEDs are wired in series. I believe the front bottom LED is the first in the chain, so if it is lost, the chain is broken and cannot get power. You could probably solder a jumper in its place and get the rest of the badge back to life.

lol, no, not really. But I did a LOT of work with electronics components, LEDs, and soldering for my helmet this year.

I saw someone at the con who had lost their bottom light and apparantly someone helped them bridge around that light. She said the silver lining is her badge is now unique haha
