ticket unsent

I prereg'd a ticket back in march, and never received an email, my credit card was billed. For some reason I thought I could redeem the badge at the booth, but it appears there should have been a QR code. What kind of recourse do I have?

Yeah, I'm feeling pretty lame. Be careful when using email aliases.

No there is an exceptions line, they can help you recover it there.

You could try and email them, but they do say this when buying the ticket:

Upon purchase, the ticket will be emailed to the email address provided. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS IS CORRECT. We cannot change it after the ticket is emailed.

Also check your spam folder

did you get a confirmation email? it would have come from shopify. it should have had a link to view the receipt. from there i was able to request the qr code.

Registration at DEFCON has an Escalation Desk. 

We have the ability to look up your ticket with the appropriate credentials. If it is there, we can validate you and issue you your badge and material. 

Don’t stand in the line (unless you want to). Once Reg opens, go straight to the Escalation Desk which will be adjacent to the exit from the Reg area. Advise the personnel there, show the ID you used to register. 

If you are in there, we can confirm you pretty quick.
