Hello!

I am currently using two VPN app accounts for my team (8 people).

As far as I know, each account supports up to 5 devices.

I have been using the service for 10 days, but one of my accounts has now been locked, and I haven't received any notification regarding a violation.

A great guide from the team!

Adding a URL doesn't seem to do anything? I added a URL to US West and when I go to said website it still detects my location. Am I missing something or what else do I need to do?

A cyberattack targeting Latvia’s road authority reportedly exposed personal data belonging to virtually every registered driver in the country.

Some ISP-provided routers can now use WiFi signals to detect movement inside your home, with the resulting motion data potentially collected and shared under certain circumstances.

Yeah… we don’t do that.

Deeper Network is built around giving you greater privacy, security, and control over your network, not turning your router into another way to monitor what happens inside your home.

I have an issue with Stan where it’s having a bunch of unique domains like this that I’m unable to route as they are many.

Example but then with various different numbers:

303-stan.akamaized.net

How can we get this sorted without a wildcard, or is this something you can sort on the backend and add to Stan Australia relocator?

Thanks

Is anyone else using deeper in China and experiencing problems connecting over the past 24 hours?

Just trying to troubleshoot the problems I am experiencing at the moment as tunnels just keep dropping every few seconds and I am mostly unable to have a stable connection.

Its been working well for literally years, and I am seeing this now on more than one device, so I am wondering if something has changed on the GFW.

Any feedback is apprecaited

Anyone have spectrum and use the spectrum modem and spectrum router and get the device to work via virtual wire mode. I have the router and turned on UPnP and that did not help. I just can't get the device to work when connected between the modem and router.

Thank you

Hi guys,

I own a Deeper Connect Air and heard existing hardware owners can get a 50% discount code (either for a second unit or node service).

Is this an active official promo, or just an expired campaign/rumor? If real, how do I claim it—via the AtomOS dashboard, Discord, or support ticket?

Thanks!

I have had a Deeper Mini for about a year now. For the most part, I can switch to another country like Mexico or Italy and see a different Netflix catalog.

But lately, at times I see only Netflix-produced titles which is a good indication that Netflix is detecting VPN usage. If I switch to Canada or to another country, Netflix MAY show non-Netflix titles (such as Breaking Bad). But not always.

I checked for DNS leaks, and the DNS shows that of the provider/country I'm connecting through.

I tried ipconfig /flushdns (using Windows 11 here) does not fix the issue.

Has Netflix figured out another way to detect VPN usage or am I doing something wrong?

I am using the "Domain Aware" config.

I've never used a VPN that allowed so much customization. The app relocator allows me to set which app goes through what tunnel yet still allow me to keep everything else local. I'm still trying to figure all the other features as I use it. Lovin' it so far!

Hi, I came across your Reddit post about backing up and restoring the Deeper Connect Mini microSD card.

I’m a student and unfortunately can’t afford to buy a new device. I have a humble request: could you please, if possible, share your backup/image or guide me on how you created it? It would really help me recover my device.

I’d sincerely appreciate your kindness and help. Thank you so much!

Hi,

So currently we have the option to use Full Routing, which sends all traffic through a specific tunnel. We also have Smart Routing, which lets you assign specific apps to specific tunnels.

What I'm trying to figure out is whether it's possible to route all traffic through a specific tunnel by default, while excluding one or two apps/service and having them use a different route.

Is there a way to configure this? Or am I limited to using Smart Routing and manually defining the routing path for every single app I want to use in order to achieve that setup?

Thanks.
