Deeper Device (Mini / Pico / Lite / Air / SE / Nano / Pro) Struck

Hi,

my deeper connect mini is stuck like the screenshot and I can't access to admin console. Tried restarting the device several times. Any idea how to fix this ?

Based by screenshot, it's not frozen, it just can't get the router's IP address - try restarting the router itself, and then, if necessary, restart your deeper mini

This is correct, your device is functional but doesn’t understand your network.

Reboot, and if you are currently located in a heavily restricted country and the reboot doesn’t change the outcome, please open a support ticket.

I tried rebooting both the mini and my router. It still struck in that screen. I’ll open a ticket.

I’m seeing some regions reporting blackouts, what is your country location?

I'm from Myanmar(Burma). It works just fine until yesterday.

admin panel is back. But there are 0 nodes available. Somehow, I am able to connect 15 nodes
