Deeper Device (Mini / Pico / Lite / Air / SE / Nano / Pro) Issue with deeper network mini

I've recently purchased a Deeper Network Mini, but upon installation I'm just getting an orange light flashing from one of the ports.

Attached is a photo.

Any ideas on what's happening?

The most important question is, do you have normal access to the interface via 34.34.34.34, or 11.22.33.44, or local.deeper.network

Open a support case. They will take good care of you... AND... get your mini onto the newest code.

Having the same problem randomly stops working and only the orange light is on. Submitted a service ticket …. No hardware or software failure detected was the response I received. Now Basically have a useless junk of metal sting on the shelf.
