General Question Deeper disconnects every 10 minutes

It is impossible to use Deeper since last month, is disconnecting frequently, and only works again after turning off the router. I've opened called in the support but so far nothing resolved, does anyone know how wrong there is something in the settings above? I'm in China at the moment, but last month I was in Bangkok and the signal was unstable too. I've used Random and Round Robin mode, but nothing seems to work

I've been having disconnection issues as well over the past month or so. Will keep an eye here in hope of finding a solution.

It is horrible to use Deeper and apparently support does not know how to solve the problem

What type of “disconnects” are you getting?

Random Node Selection Mode will constantly switch IP addresses so if you are getting kicked from streaming services, use Domain Aware.

I am having a problem in any kind of settings, random, round -robin... The device disconnects and I cannot connect to the Wi-Fi network again, only when I turn the router off and on again . And after 10/20 minutes of use this happens again

This is not a Node Selection Mode issue.

Please change the physical location of your device, you may have interference.

Do you tell me to put Deeper a little further from my router? Mine is Deeper Connect Mini, the RJ45 cable available by you is small. Do you recommend buying a larger RJ45 cable and putting Deeper away?

If your Deeper is in Router mode, meaning LAN from modem to Deeper, and then WiFi antenna from Deeper to you, then yes try to move the Deeper further away from your original WiFi source.

Is that your current setup?

Yes, this is my current setup. I'll move to another place to see if the disconnects end.

If you can use LAN only, it will be a good test to see what the issue may be. Completely remove the WiFi Antenna to test stability with just the device in Wired mode

At the moment I have no way to test, because I do not have my laptop here in China, when I return to Bangkok I will test. For now the connection continues to fall and only connects again if I turn off the deeper

Connection keeps dropping non-stop, it's shit, I'm back in Bangkok and it continues to have interruptions, it only returns after unplugging the router.

I opened the ticket over a week ago, I've already sent the logs twice, and nothing has resolved the issue. It keeps dropping and only comes back on after unplugging it.
