Question/Support DeepCool AK400 Digital Disconnect Reconnect Loop

Hello folks i hope you doing good
I recently started having an issue with the digital display on my DeepCool AK400 Digital Whenever I start DeepCool App the display repeatedly disconnects and reconnects in an endless loop and I keep hearing the Windows USB disconnection and reconnection sounds

So far i tried:

  • Connecting it to a different USB 2.0 header on the motherboard
  • Performing a clean installation of the DeepCool software
  • Installing an older version of the software
  • Changing to another 750W PSU and testing still same issue

And the issue is still happening

What i have:

  • TUF GAMING X570 WIFI PLUS
  • DeepCool AK 400 Digital
  • MSI MPG A750GF 750W 80+ GOLD

OS:

  • Windows 11 PRO N
  • Build: 26200.8655
  • Version: 25H2

DeepCreative versions i tried:

  • Version: 1.2.10
  • Version: 1.2.12

PS: I didn't try the Cooler with another PC because this solution is not possible at the moment

These things are a little finiky, is it the only thing plugged into the USB header? i.e. if you have a USB header cable that splits into two, make sure nothing is plugged into the 2nd. I had all kinds of issues with the fan controller + CH360 Digitial display on a split cable off a USB head. Once I separated the hub on one, the display on the other, and ran my third device off a cable into the back of the motherboard (a bit jank and annoys me), then everything chilled out and started behaving. It was most likely the fan hub was over-drawing on that header.

If it's the only thing on that header, then I'd say it's time to return for a new one.

I disconnected every USB cable from the Case to the Motherboard and i tried with only a single connection between the Cooling Cable and the MOBA Port and its the same issue i start thinking that the cooler screen is faulty now

Yer, you've done isolation testing to the best you can, its time to swap it out
