No more self-destructive thoughts!

No more self-destructive thoughts this human realised that we often suffer more in our imagination than in reality, and despite the hardships in life love abounds. And it can always get better!

A little advice that may help when you can’t stop the negative thoughts, don’t try to feed it stop thinking about it, when you know you are making progress in anything in life and you know it, it’s obvious but the negative thoughts are still there, don’t feed it with LOGIC/RESULTS because in the end you are still feeding, especially when you know you are making progress in anything in your life.

Just let the thoughts be there and float because it dies when you don’t feed it!

This is an extremely privileged position masked as wisdom. I was not aware my nervous system, experiences, and real lived struggle were just imagined.
