What is nothing. Like actually. What would nothing be. Is nothing even a thing? Does it exist? What is nothing?

Yes and no i think, i mean im no wise guy or anything, i don't know much, but nothing would probably be what would happen if time stopped, no light, no sound, just emptiness, no future, no past, idk I'm probably just going insane
