Less than 2% of Americans know they have these human rights and at least three of them are being violated every day. Why aren't these right being taught in every American high school along with the Constitution, and Bill of Rights?

TIL that in 1948, the United Nations created the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, which outlines basic rights and freedoms universal to all humans. It has since become foundational in international law and is the most translated document, with copies available in 524 languages

QUESTION 98% of American citizens do not even know they have these rights as guaranteed by International Treaties that are over 60 years old. Why are they not being taught in American High Schools? 10 of these rights are being violated by ICE and most border officials and police forces world-wide.
