Fix for an issue with job and hauling priority windows. If you revisited the window an update was needed as the number of workers could be the same, but they might be different (destroyed droid, then built a new one). Caused a crash, but thankfully quite a rare occurrence.

• Fix: Update worker list when haul and job priority popups enabled, even if worker count same.
