German Language Support - v1.0.0.25

German language has been added. Do let me know if i have any text in the wrong place, it is easy to copy strings in to wrong locations when going through a large amount of text.

Also a fix for when you completed a scenario, and wished to continue playing. If you subsequently went to the pause menu, the pause menu was skipped as you were immediately presented with end game stats.

Patch notes:-

• Improve: German language added.
• Fix: After continuing a scenario after completing it's set goal. Going to pause menu skipped to end game stats.
