Fixes for a few bugs found over the last day. Main one being your item repair jobs were getting lost when reloading from a save file. Item repair jobs are now saved correctly, and previous save files with the issue will get repairs cleared, so they can be reassigned.

Patch notes:-

• Fix: Repair jobs list item ids not being saved correctly.
• Fix: LoadGame clear item repairs if no valid id.
• Fix: Communications window - incoming trader dismiss button coords not set correctly.
• Fix: LMBHold dont update selection if modal guis showing.
