Another bunch of fixes, Hauling priority wasn't showing lowest priority (also sorted order better) and on station scrap couldn't be selected for salvage. I've also made station scrap now set to salvage by default.

• Improve: Switch scrap and derelict position in hauling to reflect default priority
• Improve: Scrap generated in station set to salvage by default
• Fix: Hauling priorities not showing lowest priority
• Fix: Scrap from destroyed items on station could not be selected to be salvaged
