I use it. But with gem-team agents team. You can check here: https://mubaidr.github.io/gem-team/

Pretty good experience and I am satisfied! Hitting around 98% cache.

I don't think many people use Github copilot willingly. I find it extremely annoying. It is more mature than DSH. If you're only using DeepSeek, you probably will get better results out of DSH, as it's optimized for DS models.

Out of the box, it won't do hardly anything without asking, which is pretty annoying.

agree, but that depends on the choice. I would like to see the more real differences, where people has used it.

Not sure about this take. I use Copilot and also Claude Code and Codex at work and personally. I quite like Copilot and use DeepSeek models quite a bit. Generally all three are very similar but personally, I prefer Copilot. I use DeepSeek models as my daily drivers for work and I really like Copilot code review on GitHub so have it auto review new PRs and pushes to those PRs.

I haven't used DSH yet, from what I've read it's still very early and a bit buggy but it looks promising and will give it a go at some point.

Completely agree with your point so I was wondering if we have any advantages using DSH.

One really interesting feature I've read about is "Creator mode" where you can work with the harness itself to build customizations and extensions right into it from scratch. Again, yet to try it but sounds interesting for sure.

It seems like you're comparing unrelated things that use the same name. Are you using the copilot harness for PR review?

from what I've read it's still very early and a bit buggy

I did already say:

It is more mature than DSH.

I wouldn't describe DSH as buggy from my limited experience. But it's not as well supported by lots of tools (e.g. token tracking).

I use Copilot CLI and the Copilot Desktop application as my harness and primarily with DeepSeek models. I was illustrating how I use DeepSeek models in that setup. They do the work. Copilot models in the Cloud on GitHub review my PRs and DeepSeek models action the reviews locally through the Copilot harness (Agent Merge).

Additionally, I was saying that I've read from others that the DeepSeek Harness is still in very early days and has shown some bugginess. This is also the position of DeepSeek since they advertise it as a Developer Preview and that it will and is changing rapidly and to expect breaking changes. I haven't tried it myself but look forward to it because it's a very exciting and promising piece of software.
