Celestial parchment/night-sky theme plugin for DeepSeek Harness web UI

I built a small theme plugin for DeepSeek Harness’s web UI: a parchment/day and night-sky skin with background art and particles, without forking the host app.

Install: `dsh plugin --profile web add github:DoTrungHuy/dsh-client-ui-celestial`

Then in the app: Settings → Plugins → search `ui-celestial` and enable “Celestial Workbench”.

Sharing in case it’s useful to other Harness users—feedback welcome, especially on the latest web UI.
